Shipping & Returns

If freight does not seem right, call or email and we will quote a more exact freight cost.
To Return an item, call or email to request a Return Authorization.
The warranty is 1 year for defects or finish.
Classic Lighting has the option to repair, replace or refund at out discretion.
We are not responsible for any ancillary expenses like electrician charges.
The customer is responsible for the return freight but Classic will refund reasonable freight expenses if the item is returned in good condition, if our review determines that the defect was our responsibility, and the customer accepts back the repaired item or replacement if the item is not fixable. Classic Lighting will pay the freight on the replacement item. If the customer does not accept a replacement, freight will not be credited back.

In case of buyer’s remorse, just call or email for Return Goods Authorization (RGA) and we will authorize the return. Ship it back at buyer"s expense and if it has not been hung and is returned in the original packing, full credit (not including freight) will be given.
If the item has been installed/used, a 25% restocking fee will apply.
